HOW MUCH DOES WESCO COMMUNICATIONS CHARGE FOR SERVICES?
Wesco charges a flat hourly rate for service calls. All rates are discussed with the client prior to providing services. Installation rates vary somewhat by project and are based on a number of factors including duration, number of Wesco personnel required on-site, and the complexity of the installation. Our clients will receive a fully documented schedule of fees and a qualified estimate for review and approval PRIOR to the commencement of any project work.
WHAT KIND OF POST-INSTALLATION SUPPORT DOES WESCO PROVIDE?
All installed material is guaranteed for 30 days from installation or up to the manufacturer's stated warranty, whichever comes first. All labor is guaranteed for 30 days from project completion date. Upon completion of any project, after your warranty has expired, we will continue to support the project on a "time and materials" basis. We also offer flat rate Maintenance Service Plans which our clients may elect to participate in. Ask your sales associate for details.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO THE PROJECT AFTER THE QUOTE HAS BEEN ACCEPTED AND WORK HAS STARTED?
Of course, changes and additions are a regular part of the building process. All requests and additions, changes, and substitutions will be required in writing and will be submitted to the client for review and approval prior to any change being implemented.
MAY I CANCEL PRIOR ACCEPTANCE TO MY QUOTE? ARE THERE PENALTIES?
Under California law you may cancel your quote and or contract within 72 hours of acceptance without penalty. Qualified cancellations will receive a full refund of any deposits paid and the agreement shall be null and void. Quote cancellation after 72 hours may be subject to, but not limited to, a 25% material restocking fee, reimbursement to Wesco for any administrative costs incurred in conjunction with the project and quoting process, and any provided labor to date. Said costs will be deducted from any deposits paid upon acceptance of quote. At Wesco, we understand things change, and we strive to be fair with all of our clients, prospective or current.
